Before Jio dominated the market, incoming calls and SMS were allowed and you could use your card without compulsory paying every month for simply incoming calls. Now, you have to have an active plan just to receive a call and SMS, that doesn't make any sense and there are no competitor in the market . Only big 3 big player, Jio, Airtel and VI. They are not giving competition only exploiting the remaining customers .
