Is it normal for a guy to schedule a date 3 months ahead tapos bigla ka i-ditch?

So I have this guy friend who asked me out 3 months in advance and I said yes, sure. He asked me out, friends lang kami at walang romantic intention. In between those 3 months, unti-unti na cya nagiging pa-fall and calls me at night. Inamin ko sa kanya na nagkaka feelings na ako sa kanya nung malapit na ung actual date. Pero nung malapit na ung actual date, bigla na lang di nya sinagot kung tuloy pa ba o hindi. Mag focus daw muna cya sa sarili nya.

He is 33-43 years old already so I was expecting a clear answer. Okay lang naman kung wala na pala cya gusto sakin. Pero sobrang disrespectful na pag intayin ako ng 3 months with no clear answer. Does this kinds of guys have no conscience?
