Adult group projects

I would love advice on how to navigate this situation.

I signed up to be a room parent for both my children's classes. This is my first year being a room parent.

For one class, myself and 2 others are room parents with another mom who has done it many many years. We've kind of left her take the lead...but she asks our input, deligates tasks, etc... I don't mind at all as she's clearly well organized and on top of things. She's also still including the other room moms in decisions.

For the other class, I am room parent with 2 other moms. One mom at least has done it before, so I expected her to take the lead. However she waits until the very last minute...which she is reminded when I send a text asking what to do/volunteering to do things. She then basically ignores what I volunteer to do and sends a text last minute about what she planned.

For example: for the Valentine's party...a few weeks before, when the other class was already basically done planning for their party, I sent out a text to the other class room moms asking their thoughts on what we should do, if they had suggestions. The one room mom didn't text me back for a week....a few days before the party texted and apologized and asked if I had any ideas for crafts/games. I sent her some ideas (which I spent time on looking up ideas) and asked what she thought...she ignored those texts until 2 days before the party and then sent me a text saying this is what game/craft she planned (nothing of my idea)...and asked what I thought. I didn't respond because I was annoyed.

Now we have a special week coming up where we need to make a snack sign up...again, nothing was being done so I texted the room parents asking ideas for snacks and said I would volunteer to make the snack sign up (I also mentioned how I know the other room mom had done so much so I wanted to give her a break). 3 days later, she finally responded saying, I will make the snack sign up tomorrow, asking if we had any suggestions and thanking me for getting the conversation going. I am tempted to just not respond. I wouldn't mind if she said something like, "I already have a snack sign up from years prior, I don't mind making it!" But she totally ignored the fact that I said I would do it.

I am so so frustrated in dealing with her... obviously I will never sign up to be a room parent with her again...but for the reminder of the year, how do I handle this?

I have contributed nothing other than nagging her to get things done. She also leaves things for the very last minute, I remind them, and then she does everything herself without including me or the other mom.

I created a group text for the other parents, she doesn't use that for communication and instead uses fb...which not all parents are included on.
