I'm throttled by Gemini, where can I check my usage stats?

I got throttled today (AI Pro subscription, exclusively used in Gemini CLI). I want to check my usage stat, Google told me to check AI Studio, but there's no usage in the "Default Gemini Project" there. Google One has an AI activity page but my remaining credit is 1000, according to Google my Pro plan comes with 1000 credits so I didn't use any. Gemini CLI does print "Plan: Gemini Code Assist in Google One AI Pro" so I'm very confused. Any ideas?
