I will not promote. How do you find your first paid customers for a B2B compliance SaaS? Struggling to find the right channels

Been building SOC 2 & ISO27001 preparation platform for early-stage startups for a while now. I have had over 150 users at the free demo launch, but after recent release of paid version, no customers so far.

I am picking 2-3 startups, to onboard them hands-on and help through whole process from preparation till audit. My target is early-stage startups that are getting pressure from customers to get SOC 2 certified. The problem is finding them before they've already committed to a solution. The product is at $499 which is affordable compared to other compliance tools, and I'm offering direct founder involvement, not just software.

What actually worked for you in the early days for a niche B2B product? Where would you look for people who are actively feeling this pain right now? Would be happy to hear advice from anyone on this
