Accepted to Theatre SPACEs (Norway/Romania/Ireland) self-funded. Need advice for a Malawian student!

I got accepted into the Theatre SPACEs Joint Master (Bergen, Norway -> Târgu Mureș, Romania -> Dublin, Ireland). I am very excited, but I am from Malawi (Africa) and was offered a self-financing place (tuition waived, but I must fund my own living costs).

The cost of living jump is daunting and I am not sure how to go about funding this. I am sure I can find a part-time job at some point, but I am worried about the first few months.

I have a few questions for anyone who has navigated this:

-Grants/Aids: Are there any specific grants, aids, or "top-up" scholarships I can apply for as an African student to cover the gap?

-Proof of Funds: How do you handle the visa "proof of funds" requirement for Norway and Ireland without the full Erasmus stipend?

-Part-time Work: Is it realistic to find English-speaking work in Bergen or Târgu Mureș to bridge the gap early on?

-First Months: What are the best ways to manage the initial high costs (deposits, flights, etc.) before a job starts?

-Reserve List: Has anyone on the self-funding list ever been "upgraded" to a full scholarship later in the process?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
