What are the most important moments from each book?

So with book 8 about to come out, I'm starting a youtube channel for myself called Books Done Quick that are going to be quick 5 minute long spoiler inclusive summaries for each book. The idea is to refresh my memory on what happened enough that I can go read the next book without having to reread the entire series every time. For me at least this is something that will be really useful for series with months/years long breaks in between reading each installment.

With that in mind I'm curious what the community thinks are the most important moments in each book that absolutely need to be included in a recap like this?

Obviously for anyone reading this thread, be warned there will be spoilers for all the books up to the end of Book 7.
