We were here before you.

In this universe, before Mirio and Izuku, All Might had previous contenders to succeed One For All, whom he had to reject for one reason or another.

The most dangerous of them is the obsessive... Shun Kishitani.

Shun was born with a rare condition: the bones in his arms were prone to breaking. However, his Quirk compensated for this, being an electrical Quirk capable of accumulating electricity and releasing it in devastating blows. He was a second-degree black belt in taekwondo. He had a very good and solid career in taekwondo and other martial arts, he achieved the gold medal without using his arms and hands, had surprised everyone, including Sir Nighteye who presented Shun to All Might.

Training with Shun had been exceptional. Despite his arm problems, his physique had been very well-developed. But All Might had noticed that Shun was obsessed with showing the world that he was capable of overcoming all adversity... he was obsessed with a supposed "perfect harmony."

Shun changed the day he was denied One For All. He left silently, with only a look that seemed to promise he would surpass All Might no matter what.

Shun had become a rather dangerous vigilante, leaving several heroes with broken bones or mortal wounds.

Iida ran into Shun, not Stain, by accident. Iida stumbled upon a madman... but the wrong madman he was searching and basically Shun beat Iida to a pulp.

"All of you heroes... you're all the same... equally soft, but you? you are just a annoyed kid trying to seek for veangance like on those old movies" Shun said without hesitation, grabbing Iida by the hair as he kicked Iida chest.

Shun's style is quite deadly; he focuses all his strength on electrocuting his opponent and breaking bones.

Shun wears protective boots for fighting; these are modified with sharp, cutting metals to ensure he can cut to the bone.

"What's wrong, Speed Star? Is your speed fading?" Shun grinned as he kicked Iida to the ground.

Shun doesn't intend to kill Izuku when he learns of his existence; his plan is more about humiliating him so that All Might sees that he is superior.

Shun's fighting style is quite difficult to predict; he is very fast and, at the same time, a difficult style to counter at close range.

And oh boy... Shun isn't the first or last one of this previous contenders that Izuku will have to fight
