Hard to handle urges! Struggling after peek

Currently on day 12 of nofap and it has been difficult lately. Been having some tempting thoughts and got curious and looked up someone I used to watch. I stopped but feel like the urges have gotten stronger snd feel tempted to look again. I dont know how to handle it. Help
