Bioluminescent Bay Kayaking Near Las Croabas - Weight Restrictions

I'm traveling with a group in April, and we're looking to do bioluminescent bay kayaking. For reference, my wife traveled to Puerto Rico a decade ago and described this as one of her top five travel experiences ever, so I've been very excited to try this out myself.

I'm seeing a lot of weight restrictions, limiting travel to between 235 to 245 lbs. I'm 6'2" and about 260lbs, so this excludes me from a lot of trips (something I'm seeing is a frequent issue for travelers). Are there any Bioluminescent Kayaking trips near Las Croabas (we're staying at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Rainforest Beach and Golf Resort) that can accommodate for travelers over 245lbs like myself?
