Kyoto & Tokyo tattoo shop recommendations

I'll be in Japan in April and am looking at getting a tattoo while I'm there. I want to get something in color that is a traditional type of motif or maybe something whimsical. I have a few shops I'm looking at, but wondering if anyone here has some recommendations?
