Sublease available from anytime to July!

I'm currently subleasing from someone with JSM but won't need to stay the full term of the lease (the end of July) and could move out anytime. It's been kept extremely clean!

The rent including capped utilities is $880. I'd be willing to pay a BIG and DECENT portion of the rent if anyone were interested in a sublease transfer!!! Also, the sublessor is super sweet and understanding!
