How (to those of you affected) handle having dyscalculia and being an accountant?

Probably a silly question- but I really want to be an accountant but I've avoided it because I have dyscalculia and worry it would make it impossible to do this career.

Anyone have this? If so how was your learning and how are you in your day to day job?
