Is there an object where I send activation signals to all objects in it's radius?

The title is poorly worded because I don't know how to explain it, but basically, I'm wondering if there an object similar to the Adhesive Coupler, in the way that it has an area of effect that is similar to the Adhesive Coupler? I'm pretty sure there isn't but I'm sure there might be one.

If there isn't a thing like this in game, is there a mod for it? If there is it would be a life saver, please and thank you!

For the people who are curious, I'm making a battleship, and I need something to make the ammo detonation (I might post some photos here soon)
