Does completing a mission hosted as a public lobby without no one joining counts towards the "solo missions completed" accomplishment/statistic?

Everytime that does happen (hosting a lobby but completing it solo because no one joins) i forget to check wich stat has increased, if it was total missions completed or solo missions completed
