Unable to craft Militech Canto MK.6 despite having everything

I collected both the chip from the robot and the thing from the room. Got the quest “the corrosion”, which is now telling me to use the decrypted component to craft mulitech canto. However it is not showing up in my crafting table. I’ve got everything and the netrunner spoke to me. Is this bugged?

Did I really just slog through dogshit town with its 12 FPS and play through the game to be locked out of getting black wall gateway? Seriously if I put in all this effort for nothing I’ll just uninstall lmao.
