Is anyone willing to train a person up to a assistant manager or manager?

In this world we live in do we have anyone willing and having the patience to train someone up to Managerial standard (if there’s such a willing person or employer)

- been working in CS for all my life

- eager to take up an assistant managerial role

I’m more than willing to learn and my passion for my clients is what’s pushing me to learn more, do more, and widen my perspective

I have been in the logistics industry all my life and wanting to move to other sectors but, with only a private diploma in Singapore I feel I’m really hopeless..

Need some inputs on how I can go about doing this. I am happy when my clients are happy.. but I’d like to take it up a notch
