JC-22

Hello I need advice,

I have an JC22 and a boss rc1 pedal for the last 2 years of my guitar learning journey becouse I wanted a nice clean tone while practicing.

Now I want to experiment a little with sound and try different pedals so I would like an advice before purchaseing.

I was looking at boss IR2 amp&cab modeling pedal, does anyone have experience with jc22 and those type of pedals.

Also I have been reading here that JC amps are generally not so good with overdrives/distorsion pedals.

I also have an oportunity to buy used marshall studio jtm combo at a nice discount so I am thinking maybe just switching amps.

I play mostly blues and rock.
