Seeking advice in salary negotiations

29F. I have cracked one job interview and the role is totally different from the work which I have been doing from last 6 years.

They are giving me 30% hike and I am asking for 45-50% hike as the job involves relocating from tier 3 town to tier 1 town

I have plans to agree on 40%.

I am getting anxious as I also don’t want to loose this opportunity.
