Assetto Corsa Linux VR

:AC: AC: Technical Help

Hello everyone. I am pretty new around here and I will plainly say I have no idea what's going on but I'm willing to learn. That is to say if i'm missing any critical information, just let me know and I can provide. My goal is to play Assetto corsa with content manager in VR.

I am running POP!_OS cosmic and I also have GNOME installed and I have Content manager for Assetto corsa installed. Everything seems to be working without introducing VR. I am planning on using WiVRN as I have gotten it to connect to my headset and recognize it.

So, I have installed WIVRN both on my VR headset (Oculus quest 3s) and on my desktop. WIVRN on the headset seems to see Assetto corsa but clicking it does nothing. This is a wired connection.

Within content manager video settings, I have tried running OpenVR and Oculus rift (with WIVRN app open both on the headset itself and on the desktop.). Additionally, I have tried getting SteamVr to recognize my headset to no avail.

What is it that i'm missing to get Assetto corsa to talk with the headset?

If I'm missing any info, please let me know. I have been struggling to find any resources online. I have seen videos of people playing Assetto Corsa VR on Linux with the Oculus quest 3s. Thank you!

Edit:

I have added PRESSURE_VESSEL_IMPORT_OPENXR_1_RUNTIMES=1 %command%

to the steam launch command. I have set open vr compatibility layer to open composite.

I added the steam flatpak commands (flatpak override \

--filesystem=xdg-run/wivrn:ro \

--filesystem=xdg-data/flatpak/app/io.github.wivrn.wivrn:ro \

--filesystem=/var/lib/flatpak/app/io.github.wivrn.wivrn:ro \

--filesystem=xdg-config/openxr:ro \

--filesystem=xdg-config/openvr:ro \

com.valvesoftware.Steam)

nothing has worked and Assetto corsa logs are saying that vr isn’t detected. I don’t know what else to do. Does anyone have any resources? nothing so far has worked. I’d even take resources on how VR and all these layers are supposed to work. How vr works. I just want to play again.
