Help me remember the name of this 4 panel comic strip vignette manga

It centered on four friends- a brunette girl and blonde girl + a brunette boy and blonde boy. There was a floppy eared dog too and it was unclear to me who owned the dog. When I say four panels, I mean the four panels were horizontal strips. It may have been more than four panels. The brunettes and blondes were dating each other (or had crushes on each other or something) and the vignettes followed their lives as friends. Topics include: One of the boys holding the hand of one of the girls in his pockets on a cold day, the dog seeing a girl take her pigtails down and wondering if his ears were pigtails which could also be taken down, the four friends attend a night market and eat takoyaki, the friends go to the salon (which one of their parents runs).
