Master Chef + Lae'zel Vlaakith's champion + Communal Brewing.

The situation: I control a [[Master Chef]] and I cast my commander, [[Lae'zel, Vlaakith's champion]]. Does Lae'zel enter with 1 or 2 counters? It was played as Lae'zel entering with 2 counters but I suspect that's wrong.

Next turn I cast [[Communal Brewing]] and it gets 2 ingredient counters. Then I cast [[Gyre Sage]]. My intuition says there should be 4 counters on the Gyre sage, one from master chef, one from lae'zel and 2 from brewing.

Finally, for a sanity check, if I have [[Hardened scales]] And Master Chef and cast Lae'zel she'll have 2 counters ln her not 3?
