I keep seeing the ticker VCX popping up. Does anyone know how a "public" venture capital fund actually works?

Hi everyone. I was looking through some upcoming listings and I saw a ticker called VCX that is supposed to be for a venture capital fund. From what I can tell, it’s basically a way to buy into private companies through NYSE.

I am very curious if this is a normal thing. Usually, you have to be a multi-millionaire to get into venture capital, right? How can a regular stock ticker give you access to companies that haven't even gone public yet? I would love to know if any of you have looked into how the pricing works. Is it like a regular stock where the price just goes up and down every day, or is it tied to the value of the companies inside it? Thank you for any insight!
