Advice for test results

Hi everyone looking for some advice, experiences and knowledge after getting some results back.

2022 I had LSIL and HPV negative, age 25

2025 same result, age 28

2026 LSIL and now HPV positive e6/e7 age 29 and will go in for a colposcopy

Those who have had colposcopies done what does it feel like pain wise? Also I know everyone is different, but going on four years of LSIL is it still presumed that my body can fight this off on its own instead of progressing?

Lastly i know some people say vitamins can help, any recommendations?
