I thought I was “stuck” for years, turns out I was just comfortable.
- You’re not stuck, you are satisfied. You’ve become too comfortable with the way you are living, growth feels uncomfortable and most people avoid it by default.
- Do it for the future you, think about what your future you would want you to do. Would they want you to be comfortable and stagnant for years or would they want you to grow?
- You don’t have a time management problem, you have a priority problem, you dream you have needs dedication and hard work to achieve. So priortise your dreams.
- You are the average of the 5 people you compare yourself to, not whom you’re friends with but whom you compare yourself to.
- Get inspired, take inspiration from every person who is in your dream position, movies, history, anime, whatever. It will help you stay motivated.
- How successful you’re going to be is directly related to how many hard conversations you are willing to engage in.
- Discipline equals freedom, true freedom comes realizing that you are not controlled by the algorithm, you are not controlled by your temptations and you can work towards something bigger.
- The ultimate form of self love is discipline, its when you say no I will not eat that extra chocolate because I want to have a lower body fat percentage, its when you say no to distractions for you to have a clearer mind.
- It will be an uphill battle if you don’t have the identity. Changing your identity is the fastest way to improve your life, if you don’t believe you can be disciplined, disciplining yourself is extremely tough because you are going against your self image.
- In the end, if you keep making progress everyday, after a year you will be a completely different version of who you are today.
