Chania hotel recommendations

Hi all!

My husband (33 M) and I (30 F) are going to Greece in early/mid September planning on staying in Athens, Crete (Chania) and Kefalonia where my family is from.

I am trying to narrow down some places in Chania as I have never been, here are the hotels I’m looking at:

1. Azade

2. Domus Renier Boutique Hotel

3. Mosaic Venetian Harbour Suites

4. Porto Veneziano

5. Riviera Suites

6. Sansal

7. The Tanneries

Definitely looking to stay in the old port, I heard wonderful things about the Tanneries but I know it’s farther away. Let me know what you all think! Right now primarily leaning towards Azade or Porto Veneziano. Thank you!
