Tritrichomonas id help

Here is the info about my cat. Sex: Female Age: 8 months Breed: Munchkin Weight: 4.3 lb Origin: Houston, backyard breeder Vaccination History: multiple dewormer doses (strong id), rabies and booster vaccines. Past treatments: Metradinazole 0.3ml twice daily for a week ( two treatments within 6 weeks ). Probiotics 2 months (Fort flora) Current Treatment: Tylan 1/16 tsp a day, Purina EN canned food, Fortiflora Symptoms: Chronic Diarrhea for over 10 weeks with leakage. There was some noticeable improvement during Metradinazole, but relapse occurred a few weeks after. Tylan and EN food only showing minimum improvement. Stool has plenty of mucus and shows lots of motile protozoa on fecal smear with saline (confirmed after testing 2 days in a row). Based on my own internet research, this seems to be Tritrichomonas foetus. Looking for help with confirming id. I am not a vet just a hobbyist. Thanks in advance.
