How’s pudendal neuralgia diagnosed? What are the symptoms? I’ve been dealing with sciatica like symptoms down to my foot with pelvic floor dysfunction due tight pelvic floor muscles. Doctor’s thoughts it’s my back and I had a small herniation on the same side. I got surgery on my back and so many treatments and no relief whatsoever. Now I’m starting to think maybe I have pudendal neuralgia? Has anyone experienced anything similar?
