Just woke up to see the third list came out, and I got..... IULER GOA🥀🥀

Are 4th and 5the rounds of counseling conducted thru consortium's own website or are they vacancy and spot rounds??

Also, if I pick FLOAT option in the third round... What's going to happen? Is there a chance of getting a better college.??
