red hard bumps on vulva vestibule area (under clitoral hood)

Hello im 24F im sexually active with one person and i last had sex this sunday (feb 22)

i’ve just noticed these 3-4 red hard bumps on the vulva vestibule area under the clitoral hood, idk how long they’ve been there but i just saw them. they don’t hurt, when i touch them they feel like tiny hard bumps. i’m kinda freaking out right now and i will see doctor if it gets worse or if it’s seems concerning to anyone here, im not sure what it could even be i cant find anything online that looks similar.

the bumps aren’t very noticeable in the pictures but in the red area in the photo is where the bumps are.
