I am an artist who needs help understanding publishing.

I am a dyslexic artist that gets overwhelmed by words, and putting things together as a whole. Words and organization are not my thing.

The short story I wrote is absolutely beautiful. I am currently painting a collection of work for the short story. I am painting 400 paintings for this book I am at 212.

I am starting to get really anxious on what I should do after I am done painting. People have suggested self publishing, I am extremely intimidated by that and I feel like I would miss over a lot of details that are crucial. I literally just want to hand all of my art and my short story to someone and have them take over once I’m done. I don’t understand copyrights or anything like that, do I have to get my art copyrighted as well as the story?
