ARTPICAL Launches Mondrian Portable DAC/Amp with ES9281AC PRO and Abstract Art Design, Alongside Blue Planet Flagship IEMs
ARTPICAL has announced the release of its new Mondrian portable DAC/amp, a striking device that blends high-end digital audio with abstract art-inspired industrial design. Featuring the ESS ES9281AC PRO DAC chip, dual amplifier chips, and support for PCM up to 768kHz/32-bit, DSD512, and full MQA decoding, Mondrian is designed for both desktop and mobile listening. Connectivity includes USB-C input and a 4.4mm balanced output, with a three-step gain control for flexible use with different headphones and IEMs.
Launching alongside it is the Blue Planet flagship in-ear monitor from the NATURE SERIES. It uses a planar magnetic driver with a custom-developed 12mm aluminum composite diaphragm, housed in a shell made via advanced 3D printing and natural lapis lazuli. Inspired by alpine topography and refined through 180 days of tuning, Blue Planet aims to deliver a relaxed yet highly resolving listening experience that unites acoustic engineering with artistic storytelling.
