how do i get more headmates?

so,,, basically i had two, they left, then a bit later bird popped up and now its just us

i,,, am not good with being alone (i will frequently have panic attacks and such if bird is asleep and im not around anybody else, which has led to bird almost never sleeping and rhus being tired as hell all the time and i feel bad,,,)

and on top of that im stuck on the front and i May be a bit upset about that, and so it is my probably misguided hope that having someone else would mean that i could just be *taken* out of the front while somebody else goes and fronts?

so. yeah i kinda just wanna see about maybe getting another headmate if thats like. a thing that i can just do lmao

ive looked into it a little bit and so i know about tulpas, daemons, and soulbonds, but nothing ive found tells me anything on *how* to get them? and also idk if those would be like. the best options? ive only had brainmades before (if im comprehending that term right, anyways, they just spawned in in my head with no input from me)

also sorry if this is like rude to ask or smth i just dont want to be alone again lmao (bird has promised they'll never leave several bajillion times but,,, when theyre asleep i still feel alone, so.)
