Historic home renovations?

Hi all! Our offer was just accepted for a beautiful, historic home in Spokane. It's mostly in good shape but needs some exterior repair work. Can anyone recommend a good company to help with that, someone who will work with us to preserve the house's historic integrity? Thanks :D
