Valvetronic muffler

I currently have a catless true dual straight pipe, and i was wondering if i could put a valvetronic in place of where the mufflers used to be, (obviously you can) but i was wondering if it would sound the same as the “setup” (if you can call it that) that i currently have, or would it alter the tone of it at all (open valves)
