girlies maintaining long distance with time difference, how do you manage?

bottom line is the heading itself. i wanted to know what all do you keep in mind, any practices that are common between you and your partner, and how do you overcome difficult times? for a lil bit of context, me and my bf have been doing LDR since a little over a year now and it all has been so far so good (😭🧿), but there is a very high chance that he may be moving abroad for his masters and our time difference would amount to a good 5-6 hrs. I don't want to spiral, I want to be mentally prepared and YES I want to be with this man, I do see a future with him. Please help a girlie out :"D
