The cost of not knowing your own company.

We have thousands of employees, dozens of departments, and multiple office locations, i know we have overworked teams, high turnover in some areas, and bottlenecks in others but cant tell exactly where or why. Pulling it all together takes weeks, and by the time i have a report, the situation has already changed. I feel like i'm constantly behind, making decisions without the full picture.
