Diabetic Foot Ulcers Need

Hi All - I'm looking to help patients with T2 diabetes by developing footwear around the house to prevent diabetic foot ulcers... Do you need better options other than custom orthotics inside a shoe? If so, would you actually pay for a sandal made custom to your feet? If so, how much?
