Thermal Mode only Quiet and Balanced

I am tweaking my voltage in throttlestop earlier and I also changed the processor performance boost mode from aggressive to disabled then after opening a game my laptop turned black and I can only change my thermal mode into quiet and balanced, are there any fix for this?
