Looking For Advice

I'm (45M) and currently have $98k in HYSA, $92K 401K, $45K ROTH IRA and $30k ROBINHOOD. i make about $100k in a VHCOL area and am looking for some thoughts on how to proceed.

The reason for the excessive Savings (3.3% APR) is because I had planned on buying a house a few years ago and that was the down payment and then the market exploded and I got priced out. Ive had some health issues the last few years and am keeping the money there to be liquid in case anything happens to me and my family needs it. I contribute about $1500 a month to my investments and am starting to wonder if I could be doing more to maximize? I've read the Bogle articles talking about diversification and the stock to bond split but currently have the entirety of my portfolio in stocks, mostly VTI. Is this detrimental or is it possible to really grow over time with all my eggs in one basket so to speak?
