Knife advice
My girlfriend’s birthday is coming up and I’m gonna get her a set of knives. We don’t cook a TON, but enough to want some decent knives that will last us for a long time. Around the $200 dollar price range. Thru my 10 minutes of research I’ve found 2 sets that seem promising.
Yatoshi Professional Kitchen Knife Set, 15 Pieces, High Carbon Stainless Steel, Ergonomic Handle
Or
HENCKELS Statement Razor-Sharp 20-Piece Knife Set, Chef, Bread, German Engineered Knife Informed by over 100 Years of Mastery, Brown Block
Has anyone used either of these before? Or what are your favorite knife sets around this price range? Thanks in advance!
