Error code regarding PIN #

I’m trying to file my federal taxes online with tax act and it keeps rejecting it. I’ve tried three different types of five digit sequencing numbers, which tells you to create your own pin at the end as a replacement for a signature. I even tried putting my pin I used last year, a different software I used, and that didn’t work. I don’t know what else to do.
