Anxiety when left without distractions.

Advice Needed

Does anyone else have worse anxiety when there's litterly nothing going on? Like when I'm out with friends or engaging in my favorite hobbies or doing high-dopamine things, my anxiety is minimal, but the second I'm left alone, I feel like I'm about to have a panic attack?? It's gotten to the point where music doesn't even distract me anymore. I need to be doing like 5 things at once for my anxiety to lower. I don't know if this is just me or if this is normal. Has anyone experienced smth like this? I just legit can't let myself think or it all goes downhill.
