Chinese Western Food 西餐. Had anyone tried those in the PRC? I heard Shanghai had those.

By Western food I mean cuisine inspired by Western cooking prepped by Chinese chefs. Things like Hong Kong Char chan teng and SE Asian Hainanese pork chop and oxtail soup. I heard China especially Shanghai had their own Chinese Western food but found nothing.

Can anyone englighten me where to find them and what dishes to expect?
