Are doctors doing less checks with annual physicals?

35M

This is something I've wondered ever since my physical last month and last year. My usual clinic closed and my usual doctor moved out of the cities so I had to find someone new for my annual physical. For someone my age, I was under the impression that I should get a prostate and testicular exam as part of my physical though my last few visits I've gone, I've only had my eyes, ears, and mouth checked along with a variety of blood tests. No checking my reflexes, my strength i.e having me push back against their hands, no prostate exam, no testicular check. I remember years ago when I was seeing a PA for my check ups that they would do this but now that longer seems to be the case? Do I have to see a specialist for these types of exams? Do I have to specifically ask for these exams when going in for my annual check up? Sorry if this is a weird ask for this forum, I just want to make sure I'm covering everything that should be checked with my body.
