Habang may hinihintay ako naisipan ko mag coffee bean muna dito sa sm north and then nung nakuha ko na yung order ko I noticed walang straw, so I went back to the counter to ask for one and also to return the tray tapos itong si ante di nya ako binigyan kasi for dine in straw less daw so I just went back to my table but I noticed that the other dine-in customers had straws in their glasses edi ang ginawa ko bumalik ulit ako sa counter tapos sinabi ko “Miss bakit yung iba may straw naman yung naka dine in ah” sagot niya sa akin she said the cups were for takeout, tapos I replied that I saw others who were dining in using dine-in glasses and they had straws. Then she said something to me that I didn’t clearly hear but it seemed like she was saying they use a different kind of straw and she was already being rude ibang tono na yung boses nya while I was calmly talking to her. In the end she gave me a straw but before that she slammed things around. She took a straw from the container in the small cabinet and shut it loudly in an irritated manner as in padabog talaga. I just wanted to have a straw for my drink because I’m used to drinking with a straw and I don’t like drinking directly from the glass. But is it true ba?
