Downloading/making clips

I used to love this app, but as of late it keeps letting me down. I constantly come across things that just dont work. If I try to download one of my clips, it will download some random persons clip instead of mine. How this even possible in the first place I dont know.

Then when it comes to making mobile clips the app flat out refuses. You could request a mobile clip and you'll be staring at your screen with it constantly loading, no clips are ever produced.

The only thing that ever seems to work flawlessly is standard clip generation in 16:9, but downloading clips and making mobile clips doesnt work at all. these features should be working and are simple features which people PAY for.
