One of my favourite things about the film trilogy is that characters weren't recast across the films. Even minor characters like Enzo had the same actor in Part I as in Part III/Coda. There aren't too many franchises I'm aware of where this is the case: maybe LOTR.

The only exception is, I believe, Don Tommasino because the original actor had passed away.

Obviously the flashback scenes don't count.
