NZ HR MARKET

Hi,

I'm curious to know about those applying for hr, people and culture, recruitment roles. I have hr admin and health and safety coordinator experience. I get that is not totally aligned however I've really been struggling with getting a job. I've got solid experience im not a junior but not senior level. Anyone have any advice regarding how to position oneself in this market or what exactly hr is looking for. I have hr experience but this market and the hiring has got me so confused as I have been unemployed for about a year.
