What are subtle behaviors you do when your interested in someone at the gym?

At the gym specifically because it is a unique environment ( public & personally valued). I am at the gym 5-7 days of the week. I do not wear my glasses at the gym so I cannot see eye contact. How else do men show their interest in a gym environment? And what would make you think a women was not interested?
